Space shuttle timelapse via Canon EOS 5D Mark II

Im quite the space nut so when I saw this video from Aire&Space, I was blown away. In short, astronaut Alan Poindexter was looking for a new way to document his upcoming STS-131 space shuttle mission. So incorporated the talents of photographer, Scott Andrews, who is also a technical advisor for Canon and Stan Jirman, a software engineer for Apple. The result is this stunning 4 minutes time lapse that consisted of 6 weeks and 100 hours of footage. Further more, the whole thing was shot using several Canon EOS 5D Mark IIs. Remarkable.
